Terms & Conditions

Our terms run in sync with school terms, so the number of weeks may vary depending on school dates.

This agreement is made between the student or the parent/guardian of each student (if under 18),HB Arts. It is valid at all times whilst the student is enrolled at the School.

1.   Fees are paid via subscription on the 1st of every month. If fees are not paid, the Student may be denied tuition at school. We are now a cashless/chequeless school and will only be able to accept the above. Discounts will apply to siblings and to students who participate within more than one class. We run 39 weeks of the year and payment is divided into 12 months which makes it a smaller payment per month for parents. Payments are still taken during holiday times.

2.   Notice of four weeks must be given if leaving the school, in order to terminate this agreement. Fees will still be due even if the student is unable to attend class until the completion of the notice period. Fees will not be refunded if a student decides to leave during the course, unless a student has to leave for medical purposes (a Doctor’s letter will be required in these circumstances).

3.   No refunds can be given for days when the Student is not in attendance.

4.   Workshops places are only secure once full payment has been made.

5. Competition/Exam/Show fees are a separete payment that will be discussed with the parent/guardian when nessesary.

6.   No refunds apply to all workshops unless the workshop is cancelled by HB Arts due to lack of interest or other. This does not apply to circumstances that are out of our control. If a refund applies this will be made within 4 weeks from the workshop start date.

6.   All workshop payments must be made in full no later than 14 days prior to the start date.

7.   Correct uniform must be worn by all students whenever they are in attendance at the School. Details of the current uniform can be obtained from your class teacher. Unifrom must be purchased within the first few weeks of attending our classes.
